Insurance coverage applies until the package is successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination country, customs procedures, or carrier operations.

Lost or Missing Shipments

In the unlikely event that a shipment is confirmed lost in transit:

  • The customer will be offered either
    (a) a full refund, or
    (b) a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

All claims for lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will coordinate directly with the carrier and insurance provider to resolve the matter promptly and professionally.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, certificates, tags, and documentation must be included

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

  • Resized or modified products
