Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through Zayveroi (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized transactions.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euro and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept secure payments through approved payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase confirmation.
All shipments:

Are fully insured

Require signature confirmation upon delivery (where available)

Are securely packaged

Include tracking information

Are shipped free of charge
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier performance.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
4. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
In the event that a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier:
The customer will be offered either:

A full refund to the original payment method, or

A replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We reserve the right to investigate all claims and coordinate with the shipping carrier and insurance provider before issuing compensation.
5. Delivery Confirmation & Chargeback Protection
Proof of delivery, including carrier tracking records and signature confirmation (if applicable), shall constitute conclusive evidence of successful delivery.
Customers agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting us to attempt resolution.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to legal action.
6. Returns & Eligibility
Due to the high-value nature of our luxury goods, returns are strictly regulated.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging, certificates, authentication cards, tags, and documentation must be included

The item must not show signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage
Custom-made, personalized, resized, or modified items are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of, without regard to conflict of law principles.
